but remained in same condition

it can solved by flash the mobile and repair the imei

already done flashing & imei but no positive results

Hello

Pls try to analyze your phone by EEprom tool or wintesla for selftest, and tell us the test result! do not change the HW when you can't make sure the reasons of damage!

my wintesla does not have nhm 5 for 3310

ope you have eeprom tool that the eaiest way just connect your fone in mbus and click test w8 a moment and it will display the coz of contact service! try it!!

please try with pm flash with ufs-3, please also chake cobba ID if 00000 it is defective.

there are to reasons of contact service in cobba (3310) .
1-cobba paralel
2-coba serial

if you have moved ore changed cobba and no results --- you have to see the balls in motherboard inside cobba . see them with atention anyone of them must be disconected.
