3310 de-charges bettery


i have this 3310 which claims to have been dropped,
the problem is that when u stick the charger in the fone will say charging and then about a minute later the top half of the fone gets very very hot and the battery discharges i hav tried 4 different batteries same problem!!!!

so n e one have a solution??

You said it's dropped !

Dropped on the water ?

If it is how supposed to be , you need to open and clean all pcb !

But it's not very sure to repair if it's oxidised.

But if it's just dropped on the floor, take a look to the battery connector, and system connector if it's there not a short circuit or contacs broken inside !

thanx for the quick reply the person hu brought it to me sed it had been dropped on the floor i opened it there was problems with the connecters or broken contacts

sorry what i was meaning to say was that there is no problem with the connecters!!! when i chek in net monitor it says hot_M

If it's not a faulty component !

You can check your batteries, if it's not on high impedance .

The BMC3 needs to be under 0,36 Ohm for working correctly.

But with 4 different batteries it sholud be an electronical problem.
