Yeah. i was having the same problem. i changed battery and it worked. sometimes FAID also needs to be updated

What is FAID ? What is the impact of updating Faid ?

Well for beginners, FAID stands for FlashAuthorityID. when faid is updated MSID of phone changes and helps the phone to find networks etc.. you need to update faid in order to be able to use you phone correctly else problems like "switching off every 10s" will arise frequently.
