i wanna download stuff 2 my mobile without using wap,my mobile is Nokia 3510i

and does network operator have to know i've got a cable to download applications from my pc to my mobile phone?

MMB (Mobile Media Browser) is a software not cable. search this in forum and download MMB and enjoy.
