Member: 5355 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | 5210 H/W Problems anyone know how to repair a Vibra problem of 5210. what part to rework? one more if the clock of the 5210 doesn't work what part do we need to repair/replace? i think this is not a sw problem...  thanks |

For vibra: clean vibra pads on board, contacts on vibra motor, check motor with 5V DC if working... If failure remains check UI circuit NMP7xxx and via thru board ( from UI to pads ).... For clock: resolder or change B200 oscillator ( if clock is too slow or too fast )... Also if clock does not run at all or completely missing it should be soft problem: reflash firmware and good eeprom... Worse thing it could be ( for both failures ) CPU.... BR Vule |
