6020 can't power off - GSM-Forum

hi,
i have 1set 6020 power on OK and no any problem in use
keypad all is ok,but problem is when press on/off button no any function,so can't power off
any solution?

tried a software update?

Try to flash the phone first
If not done try to check the on/off switch for shorting or something different.

Check & post result.

first chk any problem in on/off switch and flash the phone

hi, I think u set would be hang case if not hang then write good pm file...if hang then wash pcb and keep bulb hit 10 munite then check...............
