6510 auto power up................. - GSM-Forum

I have a 6510 which has a bit of damage on it screen broke for a start, anyway as soon as I put the battery in the phone powers up, griffin will not flash it so I guess it a hardware problems, if so any clues?

if it is not a pwr key problem ...., then may be UEM problem ..., try reball/replace , and then rebuild new imei ...

Thanks, guessing water damage, but it dont look like it.

not always water damage...sometimes moisture also takes its toll...which is not noticeable ..unless BGA chips are removed..
