pls help nokia6600 on only nokia.i try to hand formating useing pw+*yes+*+3 but set not format mode.i also flash set After flash processing...

Change flash ic (D316) see at schematics
solve your problem...

Try it on difrent box and flash ver then post results

1/ erase(3time)
2/flash
3/writte pm
4/ui setting
5/formatte

if still same give this jumper...................................

its seems like booting i.c problem. try to change boot i.c before changing flash
