7610 freezing when make a call - GSM-Forum

Hi, this one 7610 when make a call is freezing and a strange high sound in the speaker, transmiting is stopped. freezing for a 1 minute.
i have tried Factory, upload new PM ....

But i can not flash it bcs i haveNOT this high version 4.0437.4

Can anyone can give me a link for it?

Try to eras flash then flsh it with agood PM and it will work Good Luck

It is no software problem.
Try push 2,5,6 keys in startup for 4 sec together, if phone freez->
UEM ic trouble, try change it.

rehot CPU and UEM with a good flux, do not move it, let air make it shaky. if you lucky problem will slove but if not, phone will bw dead totaly

Everythink obut software is done:
Erase, flash, PM settings, BT settings, *.pp file ......
NO result
about hardware - just rehot the phone with some flux
again NO result

Just when i make a call - the phone is connected about 5 sec. after that phone is freezing for a minute.

Looking for suggestion for repair.

i have the same prob.....i change the cpu....without resalte........i rehot the UEM...again....without resalt too.
and it not software..... i did try. erase....full pm.....without resalt!!!!!!!!
