k500 freezes when making a call, restarts in service tests / microfon - GSM-Forum

hi

i have a k500 which freezes when trying to make a call, also is restarting when in service tests ( mic ) and also some profiles are missing

i flashed it with several diff versions and still the same

appears to be a soft problem not a hard one

any suggestion pls

Reball flash IC and then if it still does not work then replace it. Then flash it. If it still does not work take ot to a professional shop
