Hir Is the procedure:

1. Choose MCU and PPM tthen Flash...
2. if after flashing it displays "NOKIA", click format user area... Done!

if after flashing it dont display "NOKIA" for sure u cant format it, just reflash it again by PPM only den do procedure 2... Done!

Regards!

alright people
@chris0
download chineese package for 7650 and 3650 from twister support site,
unintall whatever versions of nhl-2na u got..(i usully just change the nhl-2na folder name in the products foler to nhl-2naE 4 english ) intall chineese flash, then deselect 'use ini file setting',erase flash, flash mcu & ppm same file in chineese folder,phone shold displlay nokia(reboot in normal mode to see insert sim in chineese)*just a check!. NOw go back to products folder and rename again this time nhl-2na to nhl-2naC and nhl-2naE back to nhl-2na and flash with ur normal mcu and ppm. format user area and start smiling!

goes for all infact.
