Hello Ikky20022000

When you bought the Griffin Box ? Your Griffin Box is old type
(with flashing counter) ? or new type (without flashing counter) ?

(According to your Error Log), you have a new type of Grffin Box
(no flashing counter), but you have wrong BOX ID.

For new type of Griffin Box, the BOX ID should be v2.35 BOX ID: EFBA,
may be you have upgraded your Box with a Upgrade file which
is for the old Griffin Box with ID 28 or before.

Contact your supplier for the correct Griffin Hardware update file.

@K-Dix

Sorry but I donīt know whatīs the meaning of AV. Maybe is a stupid question but, whatīs AV? How can I disable?

@mobileclinic

The cable is right because I tried with an other 7650 and the program detects it without any problems. I upgrade to version
V2.3 BoxID:4822 but still having the same problem with another error codes:

V2.3 BoxID:4822
using autopower

Initializing Phone...
Error[44445100]
using autopower

Initializing Phone...
Error[44445100]

@Cables
I have upgraded with a file named 9210updt0_28.gpd. Maybe I upgrade with incorrect upgrade file?

If box work on all others 7650 - then mean some HW damage you have in this phone - BTW - your phone must work now, because you have not start a flashing at all - try to make some tricks and see what happened - mean change ringtones/lang, ect. Try to store/delete pictures and power on/off, battery replace and see what happened - if something is not OK - mean HW fault.

@debeliamark

I think there no HW error in this phone, I used it for a mount without any problems. I flashed it once correctly with french language and works perfectly. Then I try to flash it with newer version of software and it crashes at 90%. Now the box can not detect the phone but detects other phones correctly.
I noticed that box unlocks 8310 but I can flash it, maybe box problem?

Thankīs to all.
Best regards.
