"HOW DO U REBALL N150"


hi guys
i was wondering how to reball the n150(the audi amp ic)since its very tiny and i dont think my mesh supports it.

U can reball it this way,

put "super glue" on the other side of N150 and push it in order to stick with a metal object,

put the stencil on the N150, "on dct4 flash ic hols",

put paste and continue ....!!!

u can do it easy...

i respect your way very much ..

but my way is to put some flux (cream ) on the board pin and you revise it by the tip of the solder iron its so far make the level of it same and you can revise it by magnified lamp ..

about the ic its very very very sensitve you must handle with most care you have and but it in rubber double face carfully and to check the pin carfully also under magnified lamp and slowly you use fluxed solder wire to fit it after you furnish the ic with flux too the tip of iron ll fit new balles ( small ones ) but almost same ..
clean it well use soft prush .. and fit it again on board.

use alawys mid heat with esd ic ,s even if it take much time best of luck for you

I think you can put a new one for 1.5$ only better than wasting all this time in a proccess you are not sure that it will succed

my freind i just replied for a freind want to know how to re ball n150 so its known that new one better but what if he can not got it easy ????

and thank u for your tips,but they seem to be very difficult and time consuming!!,i hope theres another easier way!!(i just started replacing components!)ii.e ready balled ic etc,i wish somebody gives a link or something!thanx again for your tips.

Agree 100% - there must be worked very carefull with audio amplifier and better make balls over PCB instead to overheat IC ...
