N3310 power switch damaged .. - GSM-Forum

Hello to all..

I have N3310 with damaged power on switch .
I can replace it but PCB is also damaged.
This power on switch has 4 contacts on board , and 2 (both bottom) are on PCB damaged. Can i fix it by another way ??

Hello Pali, I do not know the extent of the damage on the pcb but i would just like to give you a suggestion that you may try (or to give you an idea). You could attach jumper wires (insulated) towards the switch contacts. After that you may use epoxy adhesive to permanently position the switch. But be careful not to apply on the moving part of the switch. Let it cure for a day to be sure that the connection is sturdy. I hope that some how you could visualize what i mean. Good luck.
