n70 charge problem

i have n70 the customer f**e it by bad charger i try after change fuse f2000 and l2000 but nothing happend voltage battery still 0.58 v always what is the problem can someone slove this thx for reply

no nothing happend the phone was ok befor after the customer charge it with bad charge the phone was not charging and dont show nothing
