beside the keypad conecter got 3pcs keypad ic.. normally problem from 1st keypad ic 70%.. good luck

it will be ok by changing keypad strip tested 100%

I have a similar problem call, end, menu, c, switeches not working, it is not form the 3 key ic , i have changed it, key unit is also checked ,it is ok , the fault is in the pcb main board. The key unit daigram is not with schematic daigram availabel .
