N95 8GB mass memory corrupted

I have N95 8GB with mass memory corrupted.
I reflow D5200, D4800 and changed N4200, N5200 and always the same.
I did measure voltage at C5203, J5207, C5204 and always is same story: when phone startup then appear 1.8V two times but during memory test with Phoenix there is 0V all the time.
At C5202 is OK V=VBat.
I also tired with other flex and lcd but it didn't help.

Any suggestions
BR
