nokia 3100 hangs

Hi. I have a problem with my nokia 3100. When I turn it on, it hangs up. I am flashing it with JAF, I am writing the PM, I have put it on microwaves bowl and heat it by hot air but still there is the same problem. And I'm desperate. Please, give me any solution. Take care.
