Nokia 5300 : navi button, keypad, volume and music button not working - GSM-Forum

several of my nokia 5300 button not working:

navigation pad: "up" & "left" button
keypad: button "1" & "3"
side button: volume button "+" & "-" and "reverse" button

please tell me what should i do..
