for the camera primery & sencodery operate level shift ic.This technolgely use in n-70 first.in this tech the camera operate with 1.8 v & on 2.8 v.
the same tech used in N-8 the shift ic no N-1515 & N-1517 and also check the v batt 3.4 v.if u dont see any image plz reball the imaging processer ic no D-1400.
you will got the secess 1000000000000%%%%%%%%%%%%%

i have same problem few days ago and finally changed the camera holder. after that camera works fine. before that i replaced all ics even cpu but no result. u may try to replace camera holder and post result.

I had the same problem is solved by:
1 - backup full rpl -pm-simlock
2-downgrad to version 022014
the same product code phone
3 - restore rpl and pm
my camera works well.
GOOD CHANCE FOR YOU.
