Can you tell , is that phone water damage ?

my friend said is not a water damage.
i take a look inside the phone. but it still clean inside and not look like a water damage. and i already clean and hotair all the parts but no succes. what should i do?

First,, remove Charger IC (CHAPS) and CCONT
and clean PCB , and put new CHAPS and CCONT
and see what happen ,,
measure that R209 to R210 voltage for VCHAR ,
and check PWN at J201 1KHZ ,, look it stay HI or LOW

TRY TO EXCHANGE THE r22, I TRY IT BEFORE......,
IS NEAR THE CHAGING IC.
