Hi,

I just installed Software and then log out,but unable to log again
using same user ID and PW(used before)

Indicate "Loging Failed,Invalid Data"

Please kindly help me to solve

Did you ceeate new user or used demo data? Try mobos/mobos

thanks but it has still error, and can you please add received entry date editing since sometimes when we receives item for repair we do not actually enter the item in the computer instead we receive first via hand written form then we enter the detail in the computer later. thank you

Thanks for posting. I am not sure that I understand your problem/error as I can't find that you posted earlier in this thread.

This software is made to fasten the proces and help for less handwriting. From this point of view there is no sense to have entry date as additional field. If there are more requests like this for the same thing, with next update we can add also this option.

Is there any option to integrate status in website?
For example, customer can enter his number on website and get status is it finished or waiting for finish.. is it database open for users?

Hi voodoons, database is SQLite which is a file like database. There is no existing solution for this already made, but if you have somebody who can make it for you, maybe you can integrate it. For start you should have MOBOS installed on some server which is accessible online.

What i mean for date entry editing is if you add a new phone for servicing you cant edit the date when you imput the detail of the phone, what i suggest is you can still edit the date you enter the job order detail like example if I receive a phone for servicing today but i did input the detail the mobos software the next day then i cant alter the date when I enter the details.

I also having issue on editing some entry, it show some error maybe i will post the screenshot when i have time. Btw thank you for the soft and hoping for your much developement.

Please try to:
1. Uninstall MOBOS
2. Remove/Delete directory where it was installed
3. Install again (be careful for CAPS LOCK and choose some short password for first time, later you can change)

Please report back

Hi Leo,
I paid for this software to be developed by software developer and provided experience from this area and took a lot of time for testing.

I am sorry but I did not understand regarding gsmhosting id and donation. This software is fully operational on all Windows except there is a problem with phone image import package in this moment.

Other things were only new features which users asked for.

As this software is free for all I would kindly ask if you can get good price for head banner and own section to introduce it to people and to have support for it.
