C975...Have unlocked but still wants subsidy code - GSM-Forum

Hi All..... Hows this for weird!!!... I unlocked my C975 via Testpoint on SmartMoto, it said it was successful but when i tried with a foreign sim it still asked for the subsidy code. I then flashed the phone with boot_5.f.1, this allowed me to remove RSA and unlock as normal. Again this said the procedure was successful but again still asked for subsidy code......any ideas before this phone costs me the price of a new shop window..
