RAZR V3 Problem

I have a black Cingular razr
S/W Version R374_G_0E.42.15R

I bought it and the master codes have been changed from defaults so I can not reset it. I can get it into boot mode holding down * # and power.

But every time I connect it to my computer via USB I get USB Device Not Recognized when I try to load the driver manually it says there is no information for my device.

The phone fails to call anyone with my sim card in it or with a pre paid sim I have once you have a sim card in it and booted up and call the number it goes to voice mail.

So my question is what or how can I get it hooked to pc to try and flash a new firmware on it. I cannot seem to get around the USB Device Not Recognized I have 2 other razr's that work fine a black one and a grey one.

BTW: I have tried holding power down taking battery out then sim then putting battery back in waiting for it to ask for sim then putting sim back in and power cycling it again.

Let me know what you think. The phone has not had water damage. I bought a credit for GOT because someone else told me it could repair the PDS but I am not sure it can since the computer always never sees it as a motorola just Unknown device. I have not gotten my user name and password for GOT yet I just bought it tonight guess there automatic service is down for sending user name and password. Thanks for any help.

Download the usb drivers from here www.server4gsm.com/downloads and install and reboot your computer, then try again to connect your phone, then flash your mobile with a v3 full flash
