v3 call failed.. HELP - GSM-Forum

i have moto v3 ... i tryied to flash it with many flashes , so it accepted the flash BUT when i dial any number it say : call failed .. I tried with many monister and arabic flashes but the result is same call failed . i draw your attention that the network is signal is ok ... please any one can help me !
also i flashed another L6 MOTO PHONE then it get weak network signal

Try to Master Reset and Master Clear after unlocking or flashing.

If you have done software solution, proceed to hardware solution, change your battery or reheat PA (power amplifier).

The brigade that you say, all of most V3 call failed is the PA(the power amp) is out of order , changing lately of Be try and see!
