v3 testpoint method failed - GSM-Forum

I've followed all the instructions to unlock my v3 8.26...here's my log

Code:

Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... FF.FF
Reading flash id... 0x0090-0x0090
Phone group: V30x,V40x,V50x,V52x,V60x
Hardware IMEI: 37B3FEEEBE9E6F9
Security area saved to "S Blank Neptune LTE 37B3FEEEBE9E6F9 (2).pds"
Incomplete chip identification, restore & write functions unavailable

if anyone can help me as soon as possible, i'll highly appreciate it.

seems to me you have bad comunication with phone since your imei appears 37B3FEEEBE9E6F9 or a damaged flash chip
