how to unlock new version viewty? - GSM-Forum

hi all
i have recently bought a Lg Ku990 o2 pay g from UK, i brought it to pakistan and its locked.
ive searched through the forum and every 1 is saying that the old unlocking guide doesnt unlock it because of new security feature in it or something .... is this for real

?
if so then is there any other way a new guide or something to unlock it.

its the same guide as on this forum
it only supports models with 2007 firmware
