Try to reflash in emergency mode:
1. press 2+5+power on and flash only code file
2 Reflash all 3 patched file from our support & try.

i Have same problem when i enter code it gave error : System error app_run() failed

I explice for all the world veiled that the diode and a connection NI4148 it is because the portable boot directly on the software not more bus if one does not put the diode the u890 posts IN LOAD veiled all is well details
