RCD200 does not play MP3 files

RCD200 VWZ4Z4FD140848, This CAr Radio is made in Argentina by famar fueguina company. The same "IDENTICAL" model is on the web site of the production company with its user manual and it says that the Car radio plays MP3 CD's
VW deliver for FOX the same product in (at least) two version a "cheap" version without the MP3 fonction and with only 4 loudspeaker in the front;also the function FRONT- REAR is disabled (cables are ready for the 2 extra loudapeaker, just mount them), and the expensive one with 6 loudspeaker reading also Mp3. VW says that there is no way to "upgrade" the radio, you need to completely change it ordering the oder model by VW.
Back to the poor model:
The CD player cannot play a CD with MP3 files, it says CD ROM and it reject it. how can I enable this function? After unplugging and plugging back the power connector, and after insertion of the security code, if a CD is loaded, in the display appears the message "LEARN" it means that the car Radio can read a new firmware from a CD containing the right data format... WHERE TO GET IT?

If your cd player is a player that can read only cd audio than you will not be able to transform it to read a mp3 disk.
If you whant to play a mp3 cd you have to change your player...
