Nokia SIM toolkit support esp 7650 - GSM-Forum

Does anyone know what version of SIM toolkit 11.14 is supported by the Nokia phones?

I am interested to know what STK commands are available for the 7650. Does it support the RUN AT COMMAND ? Do any of the Nokias support this proactive SIM command yet? What about the class "c" commands relating to GPRS in STK?

If you can support the RUN AT COMMAND, does this mean any of the supported AT commands can be executed through the STK including the GPRS related AT commands?

Maybe there are other phones that could support these commands.. I'd be interested to know. I've heard the Siemens ME45 might support the RUN AT COMMAND in STK..
