A300 & A800 No Service with O2 only! - GSM-Forum

Hi All,
I have an A300 AND an A800 with the same problem.
Both phones were originally on Orange but are now unlocked.
They work with Vodafone, Orange, and T-Mobile SIM cards but not O2.
The A300 says "No Service" and The A800 just keeps searching.

Can anyone help?

How old is the sim card, maybe it needs updating

The 02 SIM card is brand new, just received from O2 last week.
It works in Nokia, Ericsson and Sagem handsets but not Samsung ?!

Although some new sim cards have different encryption algorithms to stop cloning maybe this is the problem?

Try to rebuild imei,maybe headsets somehow blacklisted for O2.
Even if you are sure,phones was Orange,try it.

Just rebuilt the IMEI on both phones but problem remains.
O2 support reckon its the phones.
Samsung support have yet to reply.

I just find it funny that it only happens on the samsung phones and not any others.
