Flashed E350, Limited Service with O2 Sims

Having problems with a newly falshed\debranded E350, handset works fine with all other UK Networks. But get a "Limited Service" message when using O2 sims.

Is this a firmware\hardware prob?

Any help\advice apreciated

Handsets brandnew out the box btw, so is not barred\blocked

Ws the phone originally on Orange UK, some of the older D500's & E350's had problems using O2 network.

Try flashing with:-
E350EBVEG7 flash files - you might get lucky!?

While you're here, I flashed a S300m today and now it only works on O2. I get limited service with all other networks. It's not a bar of some sort. It was on orange to begin with. Can anyone advise please? Thanks

Chumley me old!
I followed yor advice & the fone seems to be unlocked but I/m getting no network coverage no matter what sim i put in the phone!
On checking the flash files in that link you gave me the files are the same for BOTH models (e350 & e350e) is that right or have I flashed my e350e with the wrong file?

If E350 is flashed with E350E firmware, or if E350E is flashed with E350 firmware, phone will have no network after flashing. Same sittuation for D600/D600E, E340/E340E, etc... so be carefull on phone type before you flash it. If phone have no network after flashing, use correct firmware to flash the phone again and everything will be ok.

Thanx for the reply. I'd deffinatley flashed it with the wrong file as it came up as a E350 when the fone was turned on! I'm just in the process of flashing it again

ELCOS HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD STEZ!
I ORIGANALLY FLASHED MINE WITH E350E WHEN MY PHONE IS A E350 I THOUGHT IT WOULD IMPROVE THE PHONES CAPABILITIES BUT ALAS IT WAS NOT TO BE AND WAS SHOWING LIMITED SERVICE TO ALL NETWORKS!
ONCE FLASHED WITH CORRECT FLASH FILES MY PHONE WORKS A TREAT!
PS MY PHONE WAS ON THE O2 NETWORK AND BARRED BUT ONCE I FLASHED, CHANGED IMEI AND UNLOCKED THE PHONE NOW TAKES ANY SIM CARD INCLUDING O2!!!
I AM SURE ONCE YOU FLASH IT WITH THE FILES I GAVE YOU ALL WILL BE OK.
