easy link+a800 - GSM-Forum

hi,,i,m download the easylink for a800 already,but i can,t connect with my phone..can u help me??i,m use the windows xp,easylink for a800,a200 data cable(lst time i,m use the cable connect with my n620)....i also try to use usb to serial port converter,,also cannot ..pls help...

I guess your problem it´s using XP.

I'm sure that USB to serial works fine in Windows XP and it works only in Windows XP. Go and find another computer and try, it may be the problem of your USB port.

Actaully, some computers may fail to detect A800.

i try win98(with the converter n without)also cannot detect the a800....is it the a200 cable got problem???t100 cable is it same with the a200 cable?but tunight i will borrow my fren t100 original cable to testing..anyway thank for ur help.

Must use Windows XP + USB converter. Other Windows are not working.
