Unhappy Sagem Code Reader is not working


I buy one V12.xx Sagem Reader but i cant read any phone, evry time have the same answer> Cant find any phone conected

I think the problem is in the cable from the dongle to the phone .

I made the test point conection but cant read the phone....

Any help with the cable and dongle diagram????

No way....

I think the problem is in the cable that connet the dongle to the phone.
I check the test point conection and is OK but i canīt find any diagram for this cable.

I have the pinout for the Myx series and have one serial cable, this cable are working fine, I tested yesterday with another program and can read the phone IMEI etc.

I canīt use this cable with the dongle... any help????

Woow may be you,ll have to change that cable or buy the cable that connects to the dongle only.
