Is there a step by step guide on how to upgrade the box?

if you have original prodigy you uninstall old version and install new version then on device info hit device manager and then is easy update device and then activate device.

Thanks .. but, i have done this already, with old version is says "device detected" but when i install new version software it does not detect device.?

any ideas

i have installed-New Prodigy Update 1.1328 16th

September 04,

Now the device is not detected.
The softawre version i was previously using was a

old one which was V1.0.500

the box details are:
Device Version: 07.00
Device Serial Number: 5349
Firmware Build Version: 00.00.01.00

I really need to update it to support new model, any help i would be greatful.

It's very old firmware and this firmware you cannot update directly to 2.40 .
You have to send your box to your reseller who will help you.
