UFS2 Strange problems! pls check & post sugestions!


Hi All & Mod's!
I just bought a new UFS2 box from a reputed software dealer, i loaded the USB drivers and the box is detected well (checked in device manager in win98se) i doenload all the softwares and when i run the DCTX-m,l,k versions the Menu is completely disabled! only for the "connect", "update firmware" and the "Reset counter" options, all the others are disabled. and when i press connect! it gives me error's (pls see attachemnts) i hve gone thru the forum's, contacted my reseller and still awaiting help!

and about disabled buttons in Motorola Acer soft - it's ok that buttons are disabled, because box is not connected. after successful connection to box buttons will be active

Try another PC's, seems the USB port problem, because I have seen that
even the DCTx-1.2L cannot be run !!!
You are using a USB HUB ? or a PCI add on card ?
Try plug the UFS-2 directly to the PC's USB port, don't use a too long USB cable.
