If you have a freezen k700 after flash, just tick on "k700 freezen" and press "Unlock/Repair" button;
as to empty board, there is no IMEI and CID in the OTP(One Time Programming Memory), when flashing, you can enter 14-digit IMEI and CID, and then tick on "Write OTP

100% k700 freezen" and press "Unlock/Repair" button

we have hardware and also software solution for k700 freeze. Just use "SEARCH" button and see discutions and solutions all most checked.
