T610 water damaged -- can't power up but flashes ok - GSM-Forum

I have a T610 that was water damaged. The phone didn't power up and didn't communicate at all with PC. I reballed all the IC's and now I can flash the phone, can write full GDFS (with laser's proggy), but if I select any other option in DIV (such as read codes, Rebuild SP area using OTP IMEI) the 'Load data to phone' indicator stops at 100% and I get ERROR 4019.
What can I do to revive the phone??? Wich IC balls should I check???

flash it with avr and arm files.then go for gdfs

I've already tried that:

Flash both AVR and ARM with R1L013 and then write full gdfs with gdfs_writer. I also get ERROR 4002 when 'Load data to phone' indicator stops at 2% if I try to flash GDFS with DIV.
