i thought i have to replaced the UNIT W490..

PROBLEM: UNLOCKING THEN GOES TO BOOTLOADER

MY HANDSET DETECTED AS BOOTLOADER 4.0 WHICH CANNOT PREPARE PHONE AND CANT BE FLASHED AT SCOUT..

EVEN MSS BOX DOES NOT DO THE OPERATION..

SOLUTION: CHECK THE RESISTOR AT TP1-- THE VALUE MUST BE 0 OHMS (LOW RESISTANCE)..IF NOT then YOU CANT REVIVE YOUR PHONE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO REPLACED IT..

WHEN I CHECK MY HANDSET its and open resistor so IT DETECTS BOOTLOADER 4.00..so BETTER REPLACED
I EVEN REPLACED INDUCTOR AND IT WORKS..

You're lucky man, I have dead one(after fail unlock)...let me try your "solution"

Both those resistors (at tp1 and at tp2) should have 0 Ohm resistance

no i dont replace any resistor,, since it has 0 ohm resistance i even replaced inductor and it works
