unfortunately SC team didnt have us any solution regarding that problem "firmware not found". so the only solution is send it to your reseller or directly to smart-clip team

mmmmmmmm tooo strange from smart team if they can repaire clip not found by server so why we must send it to him with paying delievry & repaire even if the clip not under guarentee

Don't you understand, that if the Clip could be fixed remotely via server - then nobody will ask to send it to us?

yes i can understand that & i post here before asking u on icq also i can understand that no clip live for ever but maybe some curiosity to know what is the difference between only

If software could be restored to the Clip from the server - then we ask a user to log to our site & attempt to update.
In other case Clip needs a technical repair.

my clip working few days now again red light and again firmware not found
maybe firmware 2.18 not good????

How can i attempt to update the clip? Is there any other site other than the official support site (upgrade zone)? I already pm'ed u bout my problem on my clip that works on Smartmoto only and can be detected on the upgrade zone but its already on v2.18 and can't be re-updated.
Just wondering if it might be a software problem...
