Flashing problem with SmartMoto 2.16 - GSM-Forum

Today had two phones C975 b.l. 0.6.3.6 and E1 b.l. A.02.
In C975 wanted to flash langpack, but error.
From E1 wanted extract langpack, but the same problem.
Log is the same from both phones:
SmartMoto 2.16
S-Card: 9xxxxxxxx Smart-Clip dongle, v 1.12, assigned Smart-Clip: 5xxxxxxxx Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: 5xxxxxxxx, version: 3.12, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (E1 iTunes iTunes), getting test interface... OK
Model E1 iTunes
Firmware R373_G_0E.30.42R
Switching to flash mode... OK [S Flash Neptune LTE]
Reading phone boot version... A.02
Loading bootloader......then stop on 98%
load error

Is that SmartMoto problem or some other?

@ Antuk,

to flash the phone with *.mfw file and to make a backup you have to perform Prepare cycle.
Also you can flash the phone with *.pcf\shx files using PC Flash option.

All is OK with prepare mode.
