To update they need flash and history, read flash with smart-clip and read history from clip using smart reader (http://www.smart-clip.com/dl_user.php?id=SCReader.exe), and send to them [email protected]

And the you will get your update and we all get it

I tried to read that V551 many times, but everytime I tried to read the flash, I get an error "Switching to flash mode......failed [54]"

Hmmm... Maybe this phone needs to be sent to Smart Clip team... Any response from Gsmserver?
