problems with smart clip aftre update

hi. upgraded my smart-clip on the weekend..

unlocked e550s witout a problem.. done some v220's without a problem aswell..


but

just tried 2 v3's sw version : r374_g_0e_40.3cr
smart clip doesnt do it.. goes through all the motions and then right at the end i get a red light.

done with mss4 in the end..


just had a920 and a835 smart clip done neither if them.
again had to use mss4..
??




any else had similar experinces?

Today I've unlocked 2 pieces of brand new A925 no problem.

Same problem here. Usually had no problems with A835s. Today could not unlock neither of them, A835 or A925.

same problem here: unlocked 3 a835 before updating the clip now updated the clip to v2.0 tried 5 a835 and none went through, it went through all the process but at the end of it all the red light came on...........................

Try to unlock V3 without SIM... Tried with and got the red light... without and everything went fine...

I want to flash back to the older version is it possibile? Because i need to be able to unlock a835's & a925's again!

Isn't there anyone from the Smart-Clip Team that can please answer us on this problem, or does it need weeks to get help? Then people start saying that one is rude"

yeh i have face the same problem even i downgrade the version but could not unlock i think there is some bugs with new update did not unlocked A835

for now i don't have any one to test but before in last version i have some that i couldn't unlock that i hae solder the gnd and the usb and all is ok try please the photo is in smart clip site

Look, it used to work on battery. There is no reason for it to stop doing so. It has clearly to do with firmware upgrade. I do not care if you prefere to power yours directly with uranium. It still has to work the way it has always done.

look mate,there is no problem in using an external power supply,do that and let us know if it is not working,and even the moto softeare in support area can simply read the lock codes for you wihout smartclip,i have tried it

i tested it on my A835 after locking it,it gave me the codes correctly.

had a refurbished a835 come in today and smart clip done it ok..

its juts a minor bug..

some of you GUYS are like wOmEn... moan moan moan..

help smart clip team buy keeping a note of the sw version etc.. they have done us enough favours? right!

It is NOT a minor bug.

Several firmware revisions of A835 do not get unlocked after Smart Clip 2.0 update. I do not understand why you keep writing posts against us who have real problems. Do you get paid for that? Are you particularly proud of yourself? Or, are you a Smart Clip reseller?

Regarding Smart CLip Team, All the logs I have sent, all the e-mails I have sent, no answers. They do not want any feedback.

And for all the silly people that made lots of silly comments, and basically made me waste time reading their stupid and clueless advice, no, it has nothing to do with grounding or with power supply. It has nothing to do with hardware. It is a firmware problem. I do not undertsand why you keep attacking me, the victim. What is your gain, in doing that?

Firmware 2.0 is buggy. Full stop. Maybe it works for you. Fine. It does not for me. And that is a fact. Not a point of view.

A point of view is that your mothers that night would have been better off suc king your fathers di cks, instead of having you. That is a point of view.
