smart clip prblem - GSM-Forum

i have this problem with smart clip
can not detect phone and always this message with and without phone connected i change cable , phone , clean connector but noyhing

SmartMoto 3.20
S-Card: Smart-Clip dongle, v 2.10, assigned Smart-Clip: Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: , version: 4.08, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found
, getting test interface... could not get USB descriptor
Searching for phone... found ؛§ëê, getting test interface... could not get USB descriptor

Did you try with few phones? Of course phone needs to be switched on :-).

i know it but smart moto give this messagfe with or without phone connected

try to reinstall software or try to use it on other pc. hope it helps!

Please explain, what power supply do you use with your Clip?
Also try with full charged battery.

i use external power supply 12v 1a always same problem

I also have the same problem since a long time and I cant flash or unlock phones I always get this Error.
