OK Clip serial: xxxxxxxx Firmware version: 4.08 login... denied European market Smart-Clip Clip warranty period: 24-May-2007 to 20-Nov-2007 (expired) EEPROM test successfull,reporting... OK Checking dongle... OK Smart-Clip dongle found, serial xxxxxxxx Update denied, save log and contact support my power suply trips off while updating the smart-clip. pls help me. |

Member: 121052 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.107126 Thanks Meter: 80,766 | Dear Customers, Considering our experience with updates we wanted to lay out some additional advices for update of your clips When you update make sure that: - firewall on your computer is disabled - you have good internet connection - LPT port settings are set to EPP in BIOS - you have a stable power supply to your clip (use adapter) - your IE version is not lower than v5.0 - if you use Win XP, log in as administrator - if you use Win XP please launch the SmartMoto tool, open Smart-Clip bookmark & tick the option "Disable OS parallel port polling (requires reboot)". After that restart you PC. In case of still having difficulties while updating, please save a log file of the process and email immediately along with serial numbers to support[at]smart-clip.com Best Regards GSMServer team  Last edited by GSM_Support; 03-11-2009 at 09:21. |
