V3 HTTP error 503 - GSM-Forum

I tried unlock V3 a.52 wich testpoint, finally I see error a4 and phone is dead.
now, I want repair pds and I see HTTP error 503, is this a server down ?
then I cannot full flash. . .

The same thing happens to me with me that I entered a V3r. Someone knows if the server is down

@ hatrun,

Try to perfrom Repair PDS procedure once again.
Server works properly.
