When i tried to loginto Smart clip account this is what i got!!!

login... HTTP error 503: server is temporarily overloaded, try later

The Problem with the Handset is that it starts up & Then Just Hangs, No Keys Function & No Touch Screen Function!!!
Is There anyother way other than Flashing to Recover it???
