dear,

got V3x dead, phone could connect with Scout or Smart Clip but no firmware or flex shown. Scout only show that phone bootloader is 3.10

The problem i'm confused which firmware must i used R25221LD, R26111LD or R26117LD, is there way to know which one is correct? or solution for this problem?

Please find out what has previously happened to the phone, so it got to this state?
Also, how does it get detected by SmartMoto? Please show the log file without serials.
What is written on phone's screen when you try to power it ON?
In order to have an idea what was the original fw version, please check the sticker under the battery. It usually it states the fw version.

problem for me, i don't know condition previously and how can be that state.
phone shows nothing at display or keypad, looks like phone enter bootloader mode when battery inserted.

try with scout flasher 1.16, scout show message need " ROM Superflash "

here's log when do search and flashing with smart-clip use firmware RAZRV3x_R252211LD-AS_U_85.9B.D0R_lp0024_full_flash.mfw after that nothing changed.

About original fw version, did u mean sticker at board that contain IMEI or sticker at behind battery?

i don't know code at sticker board that show original fw version, i only see number like this :

Well, unfortunately the fw version is not specified on the sticker...
Anyway, try performing Repair PDS, full flash with the same fw version, as you used, and right after flashing (don't disconnect the phone) apply IMEI Repair Firmware Patch.

Inform me on result, please.

Hi
Ask your customer what the service provider of the phone is ...like Orange..Vodafone ..Amena ..etc ,as that may also provide a path to what the orig firmware was.
It may also be printed on the phone housing...or maybe if the customer remembers how the phone booted up with its intro screen when it was in working state
Something else to try....disconnect the display flex and power on...see what SmartMoto can find
And something else...check that the TP resistor (must show a short of 0 ohms) is OK...if not ..solder a jumper to both points.

disconnect the display flex and power on, smart moto still show nothing.
i check the TP resistor show about 30 ohm not 0 ohm.

after repair pds, phone stop flashing at 24%, phone is dead now,
ok i'll try jumper both points to ground like u said and post the result.

i use power supply and give about 10V.
when check again, seems phone can go to blank mode after switch press on now ( before repair pds, phone go to blank mode when cable power is attached ).

flashing can completed after i check " use slower speed " but still can't alive.

customer said that handset have vodafone branded before, what firmware i should choose for handset ?

i check " overwrite bootcore area " seems nothing change with phone boot version, tried to do " imei firmware patch " and get " error A9 ".

is this sw or hw problem?

In case of getting Error A9 during "imei firmware patch" means you connect the phone in Flash Mode instead of Powered ON state.

Please repeat procedure once again with Power On handset.
