I don´t know what happend when i unlock a phone whit the instructions, always said the phone is ready for flash
What´s wrong?

Wrong Procedure in Unlocking via Prepare Mate, Phone needs to be Reflash or Full Flash.

use correct power supply before you make prepare cycle always read phone info in normal mode if you connect phone in flash mode smartmoto dont make backup and always need flash the phone

use 9v 750mA power supply

i hope u turn on ur phone in normal mode
not in boot mode.
