well now the flash work but the phone doesn t turn on anymore using 646 and the new flash file from support A392A-2[X=A]LZCA1_C8EUDE2 with OT-A392A model selected

Try using the older flash then. Also be sure the battery is charged

battery is full charged (tested on a good phone) and i ve tried the 2 files but still the same

Out of ideeas then. Try reflashing without sim isnide, after flash reattach batt and keep pressed power long timem 30-60secs.
